I got this in the most recent Humble Bundle(2025) and I have to say it is terrible. I normally love Leartes Studio's assets, but this one is mostly useless. It looks nice in screen shots, but almost every model is completely bespoke meaning non-modular and not useable in any situation outside its exact use. It's even worse that they're all in pieces instead of merged into separate buildings because there's literally only two models that are modular. They also deleted all of the backfaces so the meshes would be a pain to work with and light leak everywhere. You can't go into most of the buildings because the inside faces are missing on most of the meshes. Everything is ridiculosly low poly. It's mostly just a bunch of planes, and yet for some reason there's extra verts and face splits all over the place that serve no purpose. Unless you just plan to use this EXACTLY as its shown in the screen shots, steer clear from this. 1 star.
