Note 1: Motion blur of changing topologies is only available via V-Ray. Do not expect to have it with corona version.
Note 2: Since animated liquid is saved through Alembic files, it is only reachable through one of these methods:
I provided first and second methods in separate files for V-Ray and second one for Corona Renderer. If you are using Corona along with 2015 or earlier version of 3ds Max, you must Install a Plug-In (Extension) first.
I also have added a static model which contains a fake but realistic motion blur for V-Ray. It uses just a 2-frame alembic file for creating a nice motion blur in a single photo. This can be used for realistic photography.
for purchasing only the static version of this fountain in a lower price, check this link: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/exterior/other/fountain-2-tiered-solar-by-sunnydaze
If you wish to have motion blur in your renderings,
Since I simulated water in NTSC frame rate (29.97 fps), you have to use a shutter speed which is double of NTSC rate (=60 s-1) in order to have a realistic motion blur. Do not forget to enable Motion Blur option in your Vray camera settings.
