This is my proposal for the customer who planned to build this complex in Siberia, Russia. This is mid-poly model with perfect real world UV mapping. Good for close up renders and animation as well as for background cityscape. Made for v-ray but has simple materials with fine photo-scanned textures. So easily can be converted to corona or standart materials. No cleaning up needed. Just drop model into your scene and start rendering. No special plugin used. All geometry converted to edit mesh (which is more efficient and uses less RAM in comparsion with edit poly) and could be easily rescaled without any bugs or issues.
