Terraced Office Buidling with a fancy courtyard for those lunch breaks.

Fully UV Unwrapped !

Fully equipped on every floor, in every room *(exluding plants)

8K textures - PNGs and JPGs (plus few EXRs for displacements)

Trees, grass, plants inside and 3d characters are NOT included !

Several File format availabe:

• Native C4D 2024, Redhsfit render. Ready to go.
• Blender 4.1, Cycles Render. Ready to go. All materials have been set. All lights are in place but may require tweaking.
• 3ds Max, Corona Render. Ready to go. All materials have been set. All lights (Corona Lights) are in place but may require tweaking.
• Alembic, FBX and OBJ also included

Info:

• Interior Equipments has been fully UV Unwrapped. Only 2 materials are used for the whole interior eq. 1st mat for the ground floor, 2nd mat for all the other floor's office equpment.
• Street, pavement (sidewalk :), curbs, lamps and post are included.
• PNG textures are split into 2 .rar files. There are quite heavy.
• Interior equipment has been optimzed to lower the poly count as much as possible.
• C4d and Max version comes in two variations - one for exterior renders and one for interior renders. C4d is set up with Takes and Max with Layers. Swtich bettween them to show specifc floor.
• Each floor is grouped for easy access if needed.
• There are ceilings on each floor but they are hidden from camera for the interior renders but still casting shadows.
• Floors 1-4 are the same, but i left the items seperated for any rearangments if needed. Attached also alternative floor textures to randomise it even more. C4d file set with Instances for easy modifications.
• Grass used for final renders is my CGrass 2.0 pack. Please check out my profile for more. It is not included with this project.
• Scene lit with kloppenheim_01 HDRI (not included with the project)
• Render times: Exterior - around 15min / frame. Interiors 20min - 1 hour depeneding on the shot and the floor. Lots of lights inside. Render settings were set roughly for still renders. Total Poly count: 6 986 005
