3d Max file organized with easy to understand Layers

In the Native Max file the trees and plants are Corona Proxys so the file and viewport aren't so heavy.

Trees, Plants and office equ set mesh are separeted as single mesh in different file than the scene file because of size limitations.

The textures.zip file has all the textures from the scene.

The model has a fully textured, detailed design that allows for close-up renders, and was originally modeled in 3ds Max 2020 and rendered with Corona Renderer 6. 3D Max file has Corona Materials for the final render quality, other file type or render engine may have diferent color outputs than the preview renders.

Be careful! The FBX is not textured and the interiors and vegetation are completely missing. For this, the author does want to have the same price. This is a fake!
