Modern Office Building with carpark Low-poly 3D model

Old is gold - one of my first building remastered to the C4D 2024.4 + Redshift 3.6

Native format Cinema 4D

Latest version is the Office_Building_TheArrow_SUNNY_C4D.c4d

Additional format:- FBX, OBJ, ABC, BLEND, MAX, UNREAL

Grass is not included but you can get it here, check my profle for CGrass 2.0 :)

• C4D version comes with all the interior equimpent.
• Unreal format not ready for production, materials need to be adjusted.
• Blender format is not ready for rendering, im working on it. But it is in a good state already. All the materials are applied but they need some adjusting.
• 3DS Max file is only converted from OBJ. Not ready for rendering. Comes with Default Standrd Materials on purpose - those can be converted to Corona, where Physical material will not convert.
• I have added whole office equimpent inside. It comes in a seperate file - it is very heavy - about 9 mil polys. In the main files you will find all the main meshes i have used to scattered it around.
• All the materials were updated to the latest Redshift Standard Materials.
• Roads, pavements and car parks are created with textures but i have added noise on top of it to break the texture pattern. Noise was not baked on these.
• Added road markings
• Optimized some of the meshes, cleaned them up
• Not UV-Unrwapped.
  
• Light inside the building comes from the Ceiling material - only emission was used to light inside.
• All of the materials were Cubic Mapped onto the meshes with custom textures tilings and offsets.
• Renders were comped and graded.

Polycount in the fbx/obj is about 220000. C4D is less due to instancing all the repetitice meshes.
