FULL CGI 3DS MAX VRAY 3D model for Archviz. The project is a modern office building with a modern pattern facade. This model contains 3ds Max 2022 and 2019 scenes/cameras/textures ready for render in vray like you see in renders/screenshots, with the same render settings and lighting.

3ds Max native and exported to 3DS, DXF, DAE FBX, RHINO, OBJ, SKP & DWG (Without textures in these exported files). ZIP folder contains HDRI and maps. Feel free to use this models in your architectural and urban planning projects and architectural visualizations in different file formats. You can practice and learn about the scene, lighting, render setup, camera and environment.

Polygon Count is wrong in the description. Only the main building in the middle counts 1877441 Polygons! unusable...

Thanks for the comment, we have changed the description following this. The file contains some context buildings, and interior bar details and still works without any problem without stressing the team, it only weighs 130 mgbs in 3ds max and 358 mms in Rhino

The model has way too much polygons. The description is regarding poly count is wrong and misleading. There are 1877441 polygons only for the main building instead of 17000.
