A Collection of 4 Fast Food Restaurants: Chipotle Dunkin Donuts Taco Bell Wendys

Each Building has a 3ds Max 2015 File and other exported formats in a Zip File Including, Revit, FBX, OBJ, DWG, Maps for each building are also in separate ZIP Files

Each was modeled in Revit, brought into 3ds max, modified to work in max and rendered using vray and HDRI lights, HDRI lights not included other than free ones with Taco Bell.

Dunkin Donuts: ($39 Individual Model) https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/architectural-exterior/commercial-office/dunkin-donuts Polygons: 240,646, Vertices: 128,551 Exterior Only (interior only has a few interior walls and drop ceiling.) -Only textures are concrete for slab and plywood texture for siding, all others are made with vray settings. -Fiber cement lapped siding with stucco/eifs. -All Colors matched per DD color palette -Modeled to real dimensions and proportions.

Taco Bell: ($39 Individual Model) https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/architectural-exterior/exterior-public/taco-bell Polygons: 166,851, Vertices: 232,961 This Taco bell was modeled using architectural, structural, civil drawings as well as signage drawings, they are as accurate as the drawings were, give or take.

Models comes with everything rendered, and 3ds Max file is setup high quality in Max 2015. Lower quality images are rendered in Max 09 with lower settings(less powerful computer used for renderings in max 09) but will render great with higher settings, and also other renderings are rendered in Revit.

To make night renderings signage has a Material modifier, slide the material # to #2 to get night time material on the objects and sun settings will have to be changed to see the building light up.

Modeled to Scale and dimensions: Approximately: 90'-0x 45'-0 -Menu Board Black Text can be changed out easily, made as 3ds Max text. -Renderings from revit are also shown, low quality -Pylon Sign Included and Grouped in its own group as well as main model group -Wendys objects grouped into 1 group for easy movement in scene -Objects set to 0,0,0 in model . -Material images included for (In Zip File): Concrete, Brick, Wendys logo face, menu on windows(menu images and logo downloaded from online, buyer is responsible for getting proper approvals/permissions. -RTU Units included -Top row of windows are Spandrel Panels. -Brick Detail Soldier course shown and map included. -Interior NOT included.
