Wavy Wooden Waffle Pergola 3D model

A Wavy Wooden Waffle Pergola, with two sets of perpendicular wooden beams, the wooden beams are interlocked with each other with slits and grooves in each beam section, the beams network is tightened, hold and lifted in the sky by steel beams and columns welded together, the model was created using computational parametric tools to achieve the most accurate geometry with clean details, it could be used for architectural render purposes outdoors, and also for Landscaping and urban landmarks.

Files Units Format are Metric:

• boundary dimensions (Length X Width X Height) = (6.8m X 6.8m X 2.6m).

CNC files are provided in (Format-3dm), (Format-ai), (Format-dwg),

• all sections are provided in 2 numbered groups (X) and (Y),
• 14 sections in each group 28 sections in total to form 14 Beams,
• each complete beam is split in 2 equal parts for an easy CNC cut,
• each two sections next to each other complete each other,
• example (X1+X2) gives one beam, and (Y13+Y14) gives one Beam,
• the beams layout is symmetric and easy to assemble in site.

Supported files includes both Rhino-3dm and Blender-blend in addition to Format-FBX, all units are in meter and are changeable to any desired other format whether metric or Imperial.
