The FBX mesh file was much too hi-poly for my PoserPro so, as for Segara Anak, I applied the supplied texture and height maps to a primitive square, iterated displacement until Superfly render resembled view in Google Maps.
To calculate displacement for correct proportions, would help to know each wondrous model's base size. I reckon this is ~ 37.5 km but I may be off by ± 2...
