Nice topology rocky model as shown in preview images. Terrain model was built with loop tool and sculpt mode in Blender. I didn't use any plugins, addon or modifier in Blender. Most of image texutures made by myself, not by downloading from online store. Make sure model looks realistic and light enough for many purposes of using. Images were rendered with Eevee nice enough in day time scene with sunlight, white clouds and blue sky.
In model only have quad, no N-gons, no triangulates, no vertices with more than 5 edges as CGtrader standard. Problem with UV stretch. Otherwise, no more problem, please see attached screenshoot for Kodama verification in preview images.
Total vertices: 1915. Dimension: 3.1 x 0.7 x 0.01 m ( for main part with moutain and hill only, ground just for better illustration purpose).
Avaiable formats: obj, fbx, gld, stl. Images textures, uv maps are in zip files.
