You will get all the *.fbx files and the Unity3D Package.

Unity Package (prefabs) : Create your own environment out of more than 250 prefabs i´ve allready created for you. But you can easily create even more prefabs by changing the colors intuitive to fit your own needs. You need purple trees? No problem! Just change the color. So Sky is the limit :)
