With this package, you will receive a 16k terrain with the necessary texture maps to create the emissive material, a simple quick 2k sample project with Blender settings not yet applied (so you can learn the technique to create 3D terrains using a free program and suitable textures), and the 3D model exported from Blender in various formats with the albedo map applied. Is that low poly VR-Ready? Yes, you can use a simple flat plane and apply materials or displacement settings.
