It uses the ORIGINAL textures of the building and it was carefully mapped to doesn't lose the incredible nice aspect of the original one!
Also, it's a Game-ready model! It have diffuse maps and specular ones! (all maps together have 1.08MB and the mesh was build using 41.8k vertices!)
