Simple low-poly game-ready lighthouse model made in 3ds Max 2017 and textured in Substance Painter, optimized for UE4, mobile platforms and low-poly games
Every part of the model and every texture piece is named properly, pack contains both the whole scene and separate lighthouse model put to 0.0.0 coordinates (Lighthouse center is put to the bottom part of the model)
Textures contain both emissive map and non-glowing map for windows (check Iray renders)
Renders are made in Substance Painter (Iray) and 3ds Max (ART renderer)
