I don't think this model is worth so much money
1. The model is just a shell, and there is no wall separation inside
2. The construction size of the model (thickness of floor slab and external partition wall) is inaccurate
3. After importing the obj format into rhinoceros, it is a grid and cannot be edited. Finally, I rebuilt the model myself.
