Originally the House of Soviets of the Moscow-Narva District of Leningrad the Kirov District Administration is one of the jewels of the Leningrad avant-garde. First finished in 1935, and restored and slightly altered after sustaining damage during WW2, with the movie theater Progress added.It's highly detailed, and somewhat faithful in size to the original. Horizontal dimensions are true to scale, while vertical proportions might be a bit off as they were all estimated by eye. The model is already featured as a mod for the game Workers and Resources: Soviet Republic, and a less detailed version of it has been made available through a mod for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
