This scene is basically made up of 2 buildings variants; mirrored and/or differently textured. Many new variants can be obtained but just changing the textures/Most of the texturs contain have normals and are partially PBR.Stairs, broken wall and ground (street and pavement) are included as well. The models are relatively lowpoly and ready for game engines (tested in unity)Building A is 534 polys and 1604 vertsBuilding B is 772, 2316 Stairs are 636 polygos, 1908 vertsBroken Wall is 204, 612 and Ground is 2868, 8604Mesh size is almost 1mb the other 31mb are textures
