This items, plus other items I have purchased from the same author, have worked well when imported into Blender 2.80 and then exported for use in Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) as a .fbx file. I have only had to make fairly minor adjustments in Blender after importing the the import files the author provides after purchase. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance! I hope the author will continue to make more items.
