This model's obj import file imported into Blender 3.1.2 with no issues. The fbx import file was in ASCII format and would not import into Blender. After import into Blender, I found that I had to delete 28 loose vertices and 26 loose edges, and I also had to do a degenerate dissolve to eliminate 149 edges and 149 faces before I could export this mesh successfully to the application I wanted to use it in. Four of the five provided textures are in oddball sizes and not in standard powers of two ((ie; 256x256, 512x1024, 2048x2048, etc) which means you may have to rescale them for your particular application. Overall, the mesh is very good, once you clean it up a bit in Blender as I have indicated, but the provided textures are rather lackluster, and I ended up replacing all of them with much better looking ones. My recommendation to the creator of this model is that serious consideration should be given to providing much better quality textures, and preferably PBR ones. This great model mesh deserves that! I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS19). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS19 route creators, but only under the license provisions. After cleanup and texture replacement I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. In general, I am fairly pleased with the model and appearance of this lo-poly model!
