The model includes all necessary infrastructure: pipelines, engineering structures, tanks, administrative buildings, warehouse areas, and roads. On the railway tracks, a train is standing, while nearby, combines are loading coal. The exterior is landscaped with streetlights, lawns, trees, and a surrounding green forest, creating a natural atmosphere.

The scene is ready for rendering with high detail (in 3d max with Vray renderer as in preview pictures), perfect for use in advertising and presentation purposes, including 4K video. The scene is fully customizable, ready for rendering from any angle or zoom level, whether from a bird's-eye view or close-up, providing flexibility for various visual perspectives.
