its a good low poly model but the textures are a monumental task for game makers. theres over 50 textures i have to make a normals, ao and smdi for every texture thats a week or more of work this could have been very easily baked into UV maps. for example the truck thats one baked texture, the building thats another, the interior accessories thats another. you needed maybe 4 UV maps for the whole thing and people like me paying for these to save time and make a great game dont need to spend countless hours redoing the textures. its counter intuitive i can do a massive nuclear silo from scratch in the time it would take me to correct and map the textures provided otherwise its a good model i was excited to use it but id rather not spend the time on the 50 textures
