While this structure has potential, it is not recommended for use in games or simulations which is what I bought it for. Here are the issues in Blender 3.6.2:(1) One of the wood muntin structures is missing from one of the roof vent cupolas, (2) There are a lot of reversed normals which had to be flipped, (3) None of the windows have glass, only wood muntins, (4) there is no base provided which means the interior of the shed stalls will be on grass or earth unless you add your own concrete or other type base, (5) One of the metal smoke stacks appears to be missing, although perhaps this was an intentional design choice as there are only three provided, which makes everything appear out of balance, (6) The structure is not real world scaled and is not proportioned correctly. The stalls are way of out proportion to the attached workshop/offices. If you attempt to re-scale the overall structure to allow a real world scale locomotive to enter the shed stalls you will find the workshop/offices are gigantic compared to a real world scaled average man. To make use of this structure I had to completely re-build it and as a result spent a lot of time on it, which defeated the purpose of my buying this structure to save me time from having create my own in the first place. Through my own efforts and fixes I was able to use it, so I will not be asking for a refund although this negative review serves as a warning to others on what to expect should they want to purchase it. I contacted the author first regarding these issues before posting this review and he suggested I seek a refund but did not offer to fix the issues. On the plus side he did respond promptly.
