In this archive there is one finished building with textures from the first preview in the 3Ds Max 2021 Corona format + a file with the 3ds Max 2021 Corona building constructor. There are also separate fbx files for each prop with individual sets of PBR texture maps.
Everything is very high quality and beautifully ordered, no chaos in textures and folders. All props have the same texel. There are about forty props collected in 11 groups with eleven sets of textures.
