This is an industrial brick building. The model is perfect to use in the background of big scenes or inside of games as it is low-poly, but you can also use it for close-up shots. The building alone has around 2500 vertices and combining it with the rooftop decoration (which doesn't have to be used in your scene of course), the whole scene has around 56000 vertices.
You can easily change any window by shifting the texture around the model and you can place any light source in any of the rooms with windows. I chose to place the lights as they are seen in the preview images.
Note that this is only two sides of the building. You can easily expand it into having four sides but for most renders it isn't necessary and therefore saves vertices.
Downloading the .blend-file is recommended as the materials and textures will be perfectly projected onto the model other than using the .fbx- or the .obj-version.
