Its a gas station with 3 different layers or colletions, as you prefer.1- Station, where is all the buildings and main itens of the model.2- Particules, like garbage, papers and grass.3- Fence, as the name says, its the Outer Fence.

As you can see this model as 256.488 Vertices and 134.312 Faces. Its not thatlow poly, but not heavy either.It has alot of content, like tires, light posts, air machine, papers on the floorSignals, stickers, posters, fence, gas machine and needles, particules like grass and garbage.The grass has a downside point. It slows down the model. If you deativate the particules collections, the model will turn alot faster. But it remains as you wish.
