should only be sold as a MAX file...textures are useless in OBJ format...in fact the model itself is fairly useless as an obj file...for MAX it's probably awesome...but I didn't a max file...i bought a useless obj. Collada or FBX would have been useful.

Great model. Needed a bit of set up with the textures with the Obj version and had some extra window panes inside and out but for the price am very happy. Looks great once lit.
