It says non-overlapping UV's.
Are all the UV's linked up / sewn up that can be, in relation that this reduces 'draw calls' (work the cpu must do to ready the render calls for the gpu, on any modern game)?
If they are, could you send me pictures of your UV layouts, or better - post them to the item here. These are super-useful in determining if I can use this in my city in a driving simulator BeamNG.Drive or not. You have some time on this, should you need it as I won't be needing this overnight. So whenever is just fine. The house is pretty, though.
