Stylized cartoon steampunk house Low-poly 3D model

Low-poly stylized game-ready hand-painted cartoon steampunk house model made in 3ds Max 2017 and textured in Substance Painter. Textures and UV groups are separated into two 4k modules - they are not included into fbx file so textures have to be plugged in manually). UVs can be seen on two last screenshots provided above.

Model details:

• Every part of the house is named properly
• Full scene is centered to 0.0.0 scene coordinates. House is centered to its foundation
• Model pack includes .fbx, .max, .blend and .obj file formats for both full scene and house only
• Texture pack includes 4k textures for UE4 (png, targa, jpeg), Unity hd render pipeline, arnold, vray and corona (png only)
• Roof tiles and some other elements (right side pipes etc) share same texture set. UV mapping isn't always based on quads, UV looks are provided in screenshot section
• Renders are made in Substance Painter Iray renderer
• Nothing is animated. Building is hollow, there are no interiors
