This is a fairly simple model of a ruined medieval house, initially created for 3D printing purposes, but adapted for the needs of lowpoly/PBR rendering. The glTF model comes with a set of 4K textures in glTF format, including Diffuse, Metal/Rough (in blue and green channels) and Normal. Other models have a set of traditionnal diffuse/metal/rough/specular/normal maps. I was inspired for this kind of house by the abandonned ruined houses taht can be found in Ireland as a consequence of the Irish Potato Famine.
If you are a blender user, please try the .blend first as it is correctly scaled and has all data packed inside. For interchange format, if your application supports glTF, this will most certainly be the best choice, otherwise I would suggest .OBJ as second choice.
