This model started as a Revit Model and was then exported to 3D studio Max. The flor plan is approximately 2,200 Square Feet. The exterior is Stucco. The roof concrete tiles was generated from RailClone to provide a high level of detail without the mapping constraint. This home is part of the Subdivision package that will be uploaded soon. The interior has partition walls and doors without fixtures or furniture so it can be a blank slate for easy modifications and customizing. Upon request, the interior design can be done as an additional service. The materials are setup as Arnold materials.
