||DESCRIPTION||

Here is a small oyster hut inspired by those that can be found in Mornac-Sur-Seudre (France).This structure is found at the edge of seawater channels or rivers.Although typically French, you could find it in any country in Europe, North America and even Asia.So you can easily integrate it into all your scenes.

This model is not subdivisable. The environment scene is just for presentation. But you can use it if you want.

||USAGE||

This model was designed for use as renders, games, AR/VR.This model used textures on PNG file.Map : Diffuse, Specular, Metallic, Glossiness, Opacity, Normal.Only Clouds Dome and Water use native procedural textures of 3dsmax. So for OBJ-file and FBX-file this elements must be deleted or replaced.Clouds Dome is not integrated for dimensions (see Generals paragraphe).
