Palm Beach Gardens Mansion 3D model

This large highly detailed house with pool is based on a real palm beach gardens florida mansion. The house has two floors with a large light grey tile roof and two chimneys. The house is painted in a very light grey over smooth concreat with ice white details and sash windows with high gloss black doors. All the sash windows can be opened and closed in the 3DS max version by using the open window slider. The model has a large ovel swiming pool to the rear of the home with sun lougers by the pool and seating under the two balcone area. Half grey floor tiles and half grass garden surround the swiming pool and loungers. Please note the grass is exclusive to the 3DS max version of the model only. Model dimensions are.
