This is a fully textured exterior scene with 3 different natural light setup (Overcast), ready to render with Corona Renderer for 3dsMax. The residential building is a faithful replica of Casa GP designed by AE Arquitectos and photographed by Lorena Darquea. Inside the zip file you'll find more materials, 197 textures, light setup, more cameras settings, Corona render settings. In the final PSD file you can see the post-production process with adjustment layers, but the renders need almost no post-production.

This file does not have any type of protection. You can reuse the scene, the render settings, the lights, the materials, but above all you can learn from the file, moving inside the project, observing how the light was created and handled, how materials are developed, what is the role that every textures play within them, and the values that fill every single option.
