Modular Building 3D model

The model consists of simple blocks which you can duplicate and make the building any size and shape you want. The asset includes two scenes with two different looks. Trees, grass, fence, road and tables from the firs image are not included.

The scene is well organized. All the objects are properly named and sorted in groups.

Real-world scale.

All the textures are in high resolution (2k and higher). Original PSD files included for some of the textures.

Originally scene is built in Maya 2018 using Arnold 3.1.0 (core 5.2.0.0), but obj and fbx formats are also included.
