Modern House Design with Curve Roofing 3D model

The structure was designed to have an open feeling thru dominant use of large windows and sliding glass doors together with the usage of semi transparent polycarbonate on one of its roofing for additional sunlight. Also, the other roof has been curved upwards to accomodate higher ceiling and additional windows.

Steel is the choice of material for its structural members to add to the structure's modern feel. Elevating the structure gives it additional space for parking and takes advantage of relatively small lot areas. This also creates a cooling effect on the flooring.
