Modern family house 3D model

This is a highly detailed model of a modern family house. Exterior facades are high poly, a base mesh for interior walls and ceilings is included.

All materials and textures are included. Max file contains Vray materials for Vray 2.4 and later versions.

Other file formats are .obj, .fbx, .dwg and .c4d.

This model can be taken out-of-the-box and placed directly in your render scene to create highly realistic renders, for example in architectural animations or as background entourage.
