thank you so much... i downloaded the archived version and it seemed to work better in iclone.. not sure what the difference was but the FBX and OBJ did not work at all.. this was not ur fault.. but an issue with compatibility so if i can change my rating i'll change it to a good one. thank u

SIR i bought this model for use inside a software called iclone. And upond downloading the FBX, walls where missing, the stairs are twisted. the geometry of the 3d model is completely wrong. Now, i asked for a refund from the socalled support team. This is the first time i have ever purchased anything from CG trader so i had no idea i was going to have this issue. The support team sent a robot with rewritten responses to respond to me and is not even willing to fix the issue or refund me.. so im coming to you as the seller and the creator of this model... can you either fix the 3D model so i can use it in iclone.. if u want i can make u a video showing how it looks or send you screenshots if that will do.. Its not that i dont like the 3D model.. if i did not like it.. i would not have bought it... but its not showing up well at all in ICLONE. and its unfair to me to not be refunded for a model that is at this point.. unusable.
