Downtown Loft Apartment building. Model uses single 4096 square colore map texture page, with alpha channel. Fire escapes use their own 512 square texture. Great multipurpose 3D model (ideal for offline rendering or real time uses such as games or simulation).

Native format is 3ds Max. No plugins required to achieve renders shown above. Texture maps are located in their own zip download. Lighting setup not included. Model built to real world scale - units are meters.
