Modelling - 3ds max 2018, 2015
Rendering - corona render 6 (light portals for -5 version in place)
Detailed realistic modelling. Used IVY generator (converted in mesh and proxy). ForestPack (plugin required) for scattering grass.Floor is generated with floor generator and a noise modifier applied for wall and floor for realistic result.For the materials it is as reallistic as possible using imperfection maps for worn out effect.The background placed iside 3d space to get the right reflections etc.Used HDRI plus Corona Sun. All postcor done in Corona built in tool.
Floor parquet in 2 version : 1. FloorGen and Multiitexture plus noise node in stack. (you can change the pattern of the floorgen, noise effect, textures. 2. Collapsed poly if you have no FloorGen plugin (you can change textures unly) If you have no Multitexture you can use builtin Corona multimap.
For the exteriror camera I used perspective match (you can use your house building)
For the exterior camera use Setup Lightmix and make your night scene
