Inspired by the famous Kikugetsu-tei Pavilion in Ritsurin Park, Takamatsu - Japan a samurai villa built by the daimyo [i.e. feudal Lord] of Sanuki, Ikoma Takatoshi around 1640: Edo era, the Japanese Tea Pavilion is a high-detailed reconstruction of a classical, typical Edo era building.
Exteriors and interiors are perfectly reproduced, the 20
wooden sliding walls and the 4 wooden windows are all singularly
movable or removable, as is in reality.
All pieces have been accurately mapped with 8 High-Quality textures.
The Japanese Garden seen in the images is the 'Mossy Islands Garden' and is available separately as a Vob independent object, as other Japanese gardens.
In the 'Japanese Tea Pavilion' file you will find two different formats of the same building: one is the hi-resolution format and the second one is a 'garden ready' object, a building you can automatically place in one of our JidaiG Japanese Gardens.
The 'Japanese Tea Pavilion' is the venue for aesthetic recreations, for the Tea Ceremony, the Moon Viewing parties and for Poetry composition.
Let your Samurai class people have their aesthetic rest and have 'the moon in the hand' i.e. Kikugetsu-tei, lit. 'the moon scooping pavilion' the Japanese denomination for the Ritsurin Teahouse from an old Chinese poem.
Use it with other JIDAIG 3D objects and sceneries in our series!
ALL FOR VUE 6 to 11 AND 3DS.
