3D model of the two-storey single-family detached house with garage

Model contain all parts of the building, exterior as well as the interior with some furniture parts, lighting fixtures etc.

Native format of the model is .rvt (Revit 2020) so the model contains additional information about structural layers of the walls, floors, roof etc.

Model is made in real scale, base unit is [mm], building is designed according to proper architectural and structural guidelines. Dimensions of the structural elements of the building are properly adjusted. Floor plans are designed keeping in mind architectural standards for this type of building. Model contains elements of the site such as fence, paving and plants. Model contains defined internal light sources including lighting fixtures. Basic roof-truss structure is also modelled.

Basic materials of the diffrent parts of the building are set in Revit, materials contain seamless textures, including bump textures.
