I see you don't have any comments on this one yet.
I will tell you that as a former concrete foundation contractor (we used steel/plywood and also aluminum form sets to pour concrete in the shape of basement walls and the footings which are wide/flat slabs that hold up said walls), this is a fairly realistic McMansion (as we called them since the 80's and 90's), and you've done a wonderful job with it.
This strikes a good contrast between too little detail and too much. Too little and well it'd look drab, but too much and rendering becomes a chore (as does linking all the UV's of like-textured surfaces to make sure it renders nicely in 3d games or applications).
Definitely will consider these next time my project budget allows for it (usually during sales I buy a few things periodically, very tight budget here as it's a game-mod for BeamNG Drive named 'Los Injurus').
Keep up the good work, and know someone appreciates it.
