Clean and detailed low-poly (game-ready) house for real-time use in game engines and 3D programs such as Blender. Interior is not included with the house. Various tiling textures and trim textures are used to provide high detail up close. Some objects utilize unique textures.
Textures are using the format: BaseColor, Normal, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic (Packed) and Height maps where needed. Base color for tiling textures is white by default and should be multiplied by a color in your 3D package to achieve any color.
Also extra dirt can be added using the RGB mask included wihich contains grunge maps. Normal maps are OpenGL format.
These are the tiling amount settings for the each texture:
Wood Siding: 16x16 Corrugated Roof: 5x5Glass: 8x8 RGB grunge mask: 2x2
Textures are PBR-Ready.
