The scene was made in Maya LT. Each house was exported as an FBX. I modeled each piece with volume, (I didn't delete unseen faces.) Each material uses its own separate image files. The file include SBS/SBSAR files as well as traditional jpeg image files. This scene is meant to be a way to speed up production time and give a variety of houses. All models were done to scale in feet.\, but you may need to re-scale them for your project.
