Elegant Townhouse HQ Model 3D model
A HQ, high detail model of an elegant townhouse, in the academic style, located in Belgrade, Serbia, in real life. It's significantly enhenced and dressed up version of my Elegant Townhouse, LQ, low detail, phototextured model https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/exterior/historic/nice-house-in-the-boulevard-of-despot-stefan-belgrade.
Modeled with Sketchup and rendered with Lumion. As a Sketchup model it fully respects hierarchy of groups, components, textures. Exported to other formats. OBJ and FBX formats had 'triangulate faces' mode on.
Some of the material features, like weathering, rust, edge smoothness have been added in Lumion and are not present in the Sketchup model itself, though I believe any rendering machine has similar effects to be added to materials.
*Since I am a Sketchup modeler, I can't guarantee full compatibility with other 3D modeling programs. All other formats are exported from Sketchup.
