Crooked House Low-poly 3D model

I enjoyed playing Witcher Wild Hunt which inspired me to create this model. This house is based on houses from Novigrad region in game. This download contains a house exterior and exterior assets. Everything is textured. This model can be used for commercial purposes and works with realtime game engines. Marmoset Toolbag scene is also included in this file which can give you idea how this asset looks in real time engine.

This project uses high quality PBR materials.

Originality

The complete structure, all elements, and exterior design is designed and modeled for this project. The assets like cloth hanger, buckets, stairs, rags, ladder and large bucket with water are modelled and textured for this project. This asset is inspired and shares likeness to the stylization of the video game Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

• No isolated vertices
• No coincident vertices
• No coincident/coplanar faces
• Quads and Triangles only ( Clean edge flow, mostly quads, subdividable topology, no poles with more than 5 edges on the model, holding/support edges present to retain shape after subdivision )
• Naming and Organization ( All geometry is contained in a single layer structure, with the layer having the same name as the product. )
