In a special chamber under pressure, at high temperature, the molten mass of plastic enters special molds for casting, where the cooling process takes place using air flows. And the chair is ready! At the last stage of production, each product is tested for strength testing. The maximum permissible load on the chair according to the results of the tests is 120 kilograms. The architecture of the chairs allows you to stack them on top of each other, which significantly saves storage space.

Material

The chairs are made of primary polypropylene. It does not contain toxic impurities and does not have a specific smell. Primary polypropylene is considered the safest and most harmless, from the point of view of fire safety. There is no chlorine in the composition, therefore, substances that can cause poisoning are practically not formed during gorenje. The matte surface of Enzo chairs is difficult to scratch, it does not glare and fingerprints are not visible on it. Due to the special additives in the composition of primary polypropylene, the chairs of the Enzo collection are not afraid of UV rays.
