Bungalow low poly model created in Maya 2016, 3ds Max 2012 version included as well. Scenes both has some lighting setup. More beaty screenshots made from MAYA 2016 viewport (includes also ocean shader setup).

Suitable for games, especially mobile, mods or any real time applications. This asset is optimized and hand tweaked. The texture is hand-painted using wacom tablet. Total count triangles : 12972 triangles.

Textures resolution : 1 x diffuse 2048*2048 tga. 1 x diffuse 512*512 tga.
