I used the FBX version of the beach chair in Cinema 4D with Redshift. After manually re-linking the PBR textures, the model looks fine. Ways to make the model even better: (a) not just one mesh, but separate components, such as seat frame, backrest, fabric so that the chair could be more easily "folded", animated. (b) few edges could do with some beveling for close-up renders.
